Captive Owner - $400.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any licensed captive insurer formed under Missouri’s captive-enabling legislation. Captive members have voting privileges and may serve on MOCIA’s Board and committees.

Cell Owner - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Attached to a Sponsored Cell Captive -
Cell participants of a sponsored captive insurance company. Cell members may serve on MOCIA Committees.

Corporate Service Provider - $550.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any person or legally formed firm that provides products or services to captive insurance companies. Corporate Service Provider members have voting privileges and may serve on MOCIA’s Board and committees.
